We only collect the information you choose to send us through our quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any details you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
3. Service providers
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Web3Forms: delivers the quote request form to our email inbox.
- Hostinger: hosts this website.
- OpenAI: powers the chat assistant on this website (see “Chat assistant” below).
- Google Analytics: measures website visits and quote requests (see Cookies below).
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Thrive Cleaner, our clients or others.
Chat assistant
Our website chat is an AI assistant. The messages you type are sent to OpenAI only to generate replies; under OpenAI’s API terms they are not used to train its models. We do not keep chat conversations on our server — the conversation stays in your browser until you close the tab. If you ask for a quote or a call back, the details you share in the chat (such as your name, phone, city and what needs cleaning) and the conversation are emailed to us so we can contact you. Please don’t share payment card or other sensitive information in the chat.
4. Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent). It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, but not your name or contact details. You can learn more at How Google uses data, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How we protect your information
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us using the details below.
7. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
